The 139th Canton Fair Phase 2 (April 23–27, 2026) kicked off in Guangzhou with the theme “Quality Home”, covering 515,000 sqm and 25,000 booths across three major sectors: Houseware, Gifts & Decorations, and Building & Furniture. For the first time, the fair added a dedicated Prefabricated House & Courtyard Facilities Zone, driving strong demand for high-performance windows and doors as core components of modular and green building solutions.
In the Building & Decorative Materials sector, Chinese windows and doors have emerged as a top draw for global buyers from Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond. Leading manufacturers showcased energy-saving, soundproof, fire-resistant, and corrosion-resistant aluminum, PVC, and WPC doors and windows, tailored for villas, apartments, hotels, and prefabricated integrated housing. Many new models feature thermal-break structures, eco-friendly materials, and smart control systems, meeting international green building standards and the modular assembly needs of the new prefabricated housing zone.
The newly launched Prefabricated House & Courtyard Facilities Zone highlights factory-prebuilt, fast-assembly, and low-carbon living solutions. Windows and doors serve as critical functional and aesthetic elements here—with high sealing, thermal insulation, and durability to support “one-day installation, one-day occupancy” modular construction. Overseas buyers praised Chinese windows and doors for stable quality, reliable delivery, and strong cost-performance, with numerous on-site orders signed for hotel, apartment, and prefabricated housing projects.
